We offer a 14-day refund period from the date your order is delivered.
If you’re not satisfied, submit a refund request within 14 days and our team will guide you through the next steps.

Eligibility
To qualify for a refund:
• Request must be submitted within 14 days of delivery
• Item must be returned for inspection
• Product must be unused or lightly tested
• Original packaging should be included where possible
We understand fragrances may be lightly sampled. Reasonable testing is accepted.
All returns are assessed upon arrival before approval.
Online Orders
As our products are sold online, customers are unable to sample before purchase. For this reason, we offer refunds on eligible orders within 14 days.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
In-Store Purchases
In-store purchases are final sale.
Customers are able to sample fragrances before purchasing in-store, therefore refunds are not accepted for retail purchases.
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refunds:
• Gift cards
• Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked)
• Orders submitted outside the 14-day refund window
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Include clear photos of the issue
In these cases, we will send a replacement package immediately at no cost to you.
