 We offer returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is in its original condition—unopened and unused. Because fragrance is such a personal and subjective experience, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. 

Dispatch times currently take between 1-2 business days, with delivery time frames dependent on Australia Post's services. You will be sent a tracking link to your parcel. Please note that we produce and ship all products from the Gold Coast, and shipping rates and timeframes are calculated accordingly.

If your order hasn't arrived after two weeks, please contact us and we will look into the details.

Products are stocked up on a regular basis.
