• Are these real perfumes, or dupes?

  Both, in the way that matters. Every scent is a genuine 100ml Eau de Parfum, blended and bottled here in Australia, inspired by an iconic luxury fragrance.

  We recreate the scent profile, never the branding. We are not affiliated with any designer house and we don't sell counterfeits — you're paying for what's in the bottle, not the name on the box.

• How close do they actually smell to the original?

  Close enough that people who own the original recognise it straight away. Scent sits differently on every person, so we won't promise a molecule-for-molecule match — but the character is unmistakable.

  Plenty of customers tell us ours wear smoother and less sharp across the day, which is why they end up reaching for them more than the bottle they were inspired by.

• How long will the scent last on me?

  Our Eau de Parfums are built for all-day wear. Spray in the morning and you'll still catch it on your skin and your clothes that night.

  Our new extrait de parfum arrivals go further again. A higher fragrance oil concentration means a deeper, longer trail from fewer sprays — two or three is plenty. Fragrance also clings to fabric longer than skin, so a light spray on your collar or scarf will carry it into the next day.

• Where and how are they made?

  On the Gold Coast, Queensland. We blend, bottle and pack in Australia rather than importing finished stock, which is how we keep quality consistent and the price at $50 instead of $250.

  Everything is vegan and cruelty-free — no animal-derived ingredients, never tested on animals. The perfume formula stays deliberately simple: denatured alcohol, fragrance and water. Nothing else.

• How fast will my order arrive?

  Orders are processed within about one business day, and you'll get a tracking email the moment your parcel leaves our warehouse. Most metro addresses see it in 2 to 5 business days; regional, NT and WA can take a little longer.

  Shipping is free Australia-wide on orders over $100, and a $10 flat rate under that.

• Can I smell them in person before I buy?

  Yes — we're stocked in retail stores around the country. Check the store locator to find your closest one.

  If there's nothing nearby, the mix and match bundle is the low-risk way in: any four perfumes for $100 instead of $200, so you can try a few directions at once instead of gambling on one.

• Are they safe for sensitive skin?

  Our fragrances are skin-safe and made for daily wear. If your skin runs reactive, do what you'd do with any perfume: patch test on your inner arm first, or spray onto clothing rather than skin.

• What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

  Email info@dupesandco.com.au within 48 hours of delivery with a couple of clear photos and we'll send a replacement straight away, at no cost to you.
